Combined, we have over 50 years of material engineering knowledge and experience in the construction industry. We have made a commitment to providing the best possible materials testing and engineering services for the local construction projects. Eventually, word got out and we started to run PRIMA. With a team of highly experienced engineering and construction experts, we would be able to improve development projects of all sizes. Farhad Keshavarzi MSc. P.Eng.

President +Principal Materials Engineer

Farhad obtains his Master of Science in civil engineering and construction management. As a civil engineer, he has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

Farhad excels in concrete, soil, and asphalt testing with expert knowledge of relevant standards. He specializes in quality control of concrete, steel, and wood structures. He is familiar with all technical issues and deficiencies of construction, specializing in concrete, such as honeycombs, cracks, delimitation, spalling, discoloration, etc.

He is an expert material consultant – professionally providing recommendations for clients’ concerns in all construction phases. Farhad has sufficient knowledge and a breadth of technical experience in construction materials and operations. He is able to evaluate and explain testing results and is well-versed in the industries’ codes and standards.

Tahmasb Khazaeni MSc.

Vice president

Tahmasab graduated with a master’s degree in civil engineering and structural design. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction and experienced in all stages of structural inspection, especially reinforcement inspection.

In addition to construction, Tahmasab is also familiar with road construction and has extensive experience in soil, concrete, and asphalt testing. He is an expert in construction materials and is familiar with structure failure analysis.
He excels in concrete mix design review and modification and provides plans and details for Post-tension slabs. In the past few years, he has been active in material testing and collaborated on many projects in the Lower Mainland.

Iman Keshavarzi

Operations Manager

Iman has 8 years of experience in the construction industry. He is specifically familiar with materials testing and related standards. He is also a PTI certified holder of level 2 post-tensioning inspector and excels in all phases of post-tensioning. Iman is expert in various types of materials testing, such as non-destructive tests, lock-test, pull-out tests, grout tests, etc.

Sayeh Roghanian

Marketing & Business Development
